Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement
By subscribing to Cole & Stapp Marketing (“Company”), you (“Client”) agree to the ongoing monthly membership which includes a custom website, automation tools, CRM access, and related digital services.

2. Website Ownership

The website provided is included at no upfront cost as part of the Client’s active subscription.

Full ownership of the website design, content, and associated files transfers to the Client only after 12 consecutive months of paid membership.

If the Client cancels membership before 12 months, the website remains the property of the Company and access will be revoked.

3. Platform & Tools
All software, automation systems, CRM functionality, and integrated tools remain the sole property of the Company. These are licensed to the Client only during the active subscription term and do not transfer upon cancellation.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are non-refundable.

The Client understands and agrees there are no returns, refunds, or partial credits of any kind once payment is processed.

If the Client cancels, no further payments will be charged, and services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation may be made at any time by the Client.

Upon cancellation, services and access to the platform will immediately terminate at the end of the current paid billing cycle.

If cancellation occurs before 12 consecutive months of paid membership, the Client forfeits any rights to the website.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any business losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from the use of the website or platform. Services are provided “as-is” without guarantee of specific business results.

7. Agreement

By completing payment, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
